"New Jersey MENTOR Brain Injury Services provides individualized post-acute services and ongoing supports for persons with acquired and traumatic brain injuries and other neurological disorders. ... Program options offer support ranging from around-the-clock care to 24- hour access, to hourly case management services." Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation has inpatient locations throughout New Jersey, making it the state's largest acute care rehabilitation hospital.
