Rehabilitation Hospital of the Pacific (REHAB) is the only acute care medical rehabilitation organization serving both Hawaii and the Pacific. "The goal of the Hooikaika Peer Mentoring project is to help individuals with traumatic brain injury find and use support services. We assist peers by matching them with a knowledgeable mentor and providing monthly training activities."
