"The Joy-Fuller Rehabilitation Center (JFRC) is a 24 bed inpatient rehabilitation facility, located on the seventh floor of Winter Haven Hospital. Our Center is CARF accredited (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) and State Designated for Brain Injury.
